"In service to one, in service to all. As Knight, we focus our service on Church, community, family/youth and Right to Life."
As Knights of Columbus, we are grateful to you for sending us your husbands, sons, nephews, neighbors and friends. We're proud to call these men brothers and friends as well.
The parish and surrounding community has generously supported our Lenten Fish Fries, which comprise the bulk of our fundraising. We are deeply grateful for that support and we hope to see you all again this coming Lent. Those events have become a great bonding experience for our parish and help fund our charitable works throughout the year. We try to give back both as a group and as individuals. Our members are generous with their time not only as Knights, but in a variety of volunteer capacities at St. Patrick. Over the past decade, through our fish fries and other fundraisers, we have raised more than $150,000 to support things like parish facility projects, food pantry donations, wheelchair ramps and contributions to help special needs children.
If you have questions abour becoming a Knight, please contact Stan Politowicz at [email protected]. Or visit our website at kofc13319.org.
Our church is stronger if every man is a Knight of Columbus. That's why Bishops often make appeals asking men to join the Knights of Columbus. We are the right arm of the Catholic Church. Knights exist to serve. But if we are here to serve, we need more men. And we need them now. We need men ready to join and take their exemplification. Next year maby he's an Inside Guard, then Program Director. In five years, a Grand Knight. Membership growth is the single best indicator of our Council's success and future health. Members make the Knights' charity possible, now and in the future. Membership in the St. Patrick Knights of Columbus makes men better Catholics, better husbands, better fathers, and better citizens. So, we care a lot about membership here at St. Patrick. We need to embrace membership growth, make it our top priority, and give our Council at St. Patrick the legacy to last into the future.
